I love the app but PLEASE fix the bug...I keep app refresh ON for moves but it constantly turns itself off and quits without notification of any kind. When I open the app I realize it wasnt tracking me at all. Thanks

Why is the app not working anymore on iPhone5? Can you fix it please? I use it every day!

Latest version does not work. App shows a black screen. Restarted iPhone. But no improvement. Drains battery in just a few hours (iPhone 6).

Why was the support for iPhone 5 silently dropped?

This app doesnt accurately track steps. It misses about half the steps. I used my pedometer and the app today. App shows 1645 steps and the pedometer shows 3086. Ill be removing.

I have use moves for over 18 months first on iPad, iPhone 5 and more recently on iPhone 6plus even suggested it to iPad mini user(not compatible). On the iPad it worked fine most of the time, on iPhone I have mix experience. The iPhone it would not track all the time stopping for unknown reason, not low battery. Yesterday Apple Health track close to 6000 steps, moves 0! Why? I have no clue, I open move this morning and there was nothing. It was talking about back ground tracking that was off, I had purposely turn it on a few days ago. The info from Moves said it was turn off at the time I open Moves! It is unreliable has it turn off tracking without your knowledge. What is the use of more and more feature when the basic doesnt work. Looking for other product.

With no Health App integration. Used to be my favorite app prior to FB acquisition.

I used to love this app. Been using it for over a year and I nearly deleted it with the lying FB takeover (we wont give away your data, lol, I cant believe I actually believed FB). But its integration with Momento was the clincher and I kept it on my phone. That is until now. I have been wrestling with rapid power drain on an iPhone 5 running IOS 8.1. I have been trying to stop the drain by following the many tips to save battery power, but in the end even if I turn off location services and backgnd app refresh for virtually all apps, Moves still appears to be a BIG problem. With Moves off, my power went from 100% to 95% over 6 hours of not much use. Thats pretty good, no complaints. With Moves on, my phone was dead after the same time and use.i am really disappointed that I will have to enter the info into Momento by hand. Bad job Facebook! Goodbye Moves.

Examples: Walked both ways for 35 minutes. Moves has me in transport for 17 min one way and walking for 35 minutes back. Today I went by car to a hiking trail, walked for about an hour, went by car to a restaurant and then by car home. Moves had me going by car from home to the restaurant for 17 minutes and then from the restaurant to home for 14 minutes, completely missing out all the activity prior to the restaurant. Moves seems to use 17 minutes of transport for any period it doesnt track. I did make sure that Background App Refresh was on prior to leaving home and it is still on, although it does keep turning off for no apparent reason. I am using a 4S with iOS 8.1

I loved this app when it first came out but it now is tracking inaccurately after recent updates. It just stops recording for no reason, which is really frustrating if you are trying to maintain a training regime. No word back from the developers even though I reported problems over a month ago. Same is true on my wife’s iPhone. Background app refresh and location services ‘on’ as per instructions but still frequently fails. Save your money until they fix this!1

I have used this app before on my iPhone 4. I upgraded to the 6 and IOS 8.0.2 and the app refuses to work; the app opens, but will not allow me to sign in or even just to start fresh. Please fix this.

Great app love the idea, worked really well on iPhone 5 however since installing the app on the iPhone 6 Plus I am noticing very inaccurate readings and the background app refresh turns itself off automatically usually daily. What am I doing wrong? Also sometimes it shows that Ive been home all day even though I was out and about with my iPhone on me.

Started using Moves a year ago. Really loved it and it worked well on my iPhone 4s. Then they got acquired by FB, and the latest IOS came out, and I got an iPhone 6. Now it often freezes up. It doesnt use any of the features of the new hardware. And I hear that the privacy terms have changed. There are a couple of other apps that seem at least as good. Im switching

So likeee can we get some healthkit integration or..?

I have been using Moves for 2 years daily, and was quite pelased with it within the stated limitations. But the last few months the app is worse then useless. It started to skip sections of the route. Now it switches off at least once a day. Even when I start moving with the app open, it may not reciognize it. Leading to silly results like "walking" 10 km/h or "transport" at 1 km/h. Today I left home at 17:15, but Moves thought I left at 17:53. I left somewhere at 19:40 arriving home at 20:05, but Moves had me arrive home at 19:40, after being "off" for half an hour. THis may have been another update (really? more than once per day?), but how does it not wake up when I am actively using and moving my phone during that same time? Nowadays I cannot trust a single reading from this app. I am not a Facebook user, so I am not affected by the other comments about suddenly sharing data with Facebook, but to me this is another sign that Moves has lost the plot. Bye Bye Moves. Ill find another app that works better.

For a few months now this app has been inaccurate. Compare to Breeze and the Health app, the step count in Moves is way off. By thousands. Update did not fix. Used to be great, this app is now completely inaccurate.
